At Urban Body Jewelry, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene, offering a 30-day return window for all unworn and factory-sealed body jewelry. Please note that due to health regulations, items that have been opened or removed from their original heat-sealed packaging cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened heat-sealed packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the sealed jewelry in a padded envelope or box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
